Artists know how to work with ambiguity, invent processes where none exist, and build relationships across difference. MATCH will put these capacities to work and employ three artists in 30-month salaried positions within Cincinnati nonprofits, where they will build more equitable pathways into the food economy at Findlay Market, help form a cultural land trust in Camp Washington, and establish a ceramics program for children and families at Washington United Church of Christ. Thirty-two University of Cincinnati students will support the projects through paid placements.
Watch this page for the open call for artists in October 2026. Employment begins in January 2027.
